Since I set up my standing desk converter, I am standing up 10 minutes and sitting rest of the hour, and repeating that for few hours. Hoping to do half standing and half sitting in the near future. My back hurts when I sit for too long. And believe it or not, when I’m sitting, I sit until I have to get up to eat or go to bathroom. What I mean is, I am not used to taking periodic breaks during my working hours. I know, bad habit. Must change. Hence the title of this blog post – standing desk converter is a game changer!
