Since running my first 5 mile ever last Friday, I haven’t wanted to run at all. I am new to running, so didn’t know how fast I should increase my runs. I went from 3.9 mile run to 5 mile run in a week. which, given I wasn’t running much at all ever in my life, was a drastic increase, I would say. So I’m trying to ease back into running again. Any advice? I usually put on music and music gets me through anything, just about anything. But this past week, I get up, stretch, head out the door, and instead of running, just end up walking. I hope I find myself running again soon!
