The deli owner lady around the corner saw me yesterday and told me she was so impressed with my weight loss. I lost about 50 lbs last year and gained back about 15 lbs this year. She asked me how I did it, what I eat, etc. So I told her that I don’t eat rice, flour, and bread very often. And I also told her that I eat mostly protein and vegetables.
But I forgot to tell her that I eat less than I used to eat! So with a low carb diet, or whatever other kind of diet you take up, you can lose weight if you take in less food than you use up for energy. I just wanted to share that. Weight loss for me resulted in high blood pressure getting lower and my sugar levels getting back to normal range!! Happy Thursday!
